My sister's 3 children, my father, and I - a 70 yr age span - have been on 3 Adventures so far. We chose Disney because the tours had something for
each of us. I can't think of just one memory that stands out because there are so many. What makes these trips so memorable is that we experience them together. The innumerable stars in the Arizona sky, white water rafting on the Colorado River, our hike up Alyeska, VIP Disneyland access, and the puppies!!! - we experienced so many firsts together. To see the eyes of a 9 year old and those of an 80 year old light up at there first sight of the Grand Canyon was priceless. We talk about our Adventures often, always with a smile on our faces. My dad won't be able to make many more trips with us but we will always have those memories...

I traveled with a group of people to Southwest Splendors in 2007 and had the most amazing time - some friends went with me, but most were new
friends that I have remained in touch with over the years. The Guides were so fun and helpful and turned the trip Magical - we had a young boy that got sick and they took care of everything - When we were at the last hotel, High School Musical 2 was premiering in theatres and magically our guides had a copy for all the kids to watch as we had our Adult Farewell Dinner. The scenery, seeing people cry when they first saw the Grand Canyon, river rafting, all of it was amazing. BUT I think the best part was the last night - seeing the video and photos from the week and hearing each person say what they liked the best made us all cry and yet all bond. Simultaneous joy is what I called it - brought be back to being a child again and all the road trips my family took - It was one big life story coming full circle for me - I'd be in the Southwest before but not like this - The stories and memories are forever and the friendships transcend time. I feel blessed to have been lucky enough to go on this ABD and others.

My story created by Adventures by Disney took place two summers ago and I can say it has been the best trip my family has ever taken together. We got
to visit new states and create lasting memories that I know we will all be able to hold on to forever. I can remember the exact moment of holding hand and closing our eyes as we walked up to the Grand Canyon and upon opening my eyes being filled with a sense of magic that I only get from Disney. Along with having everything scheduled for us making it not only relaxing but also getting suprised with every new adventure. It was also memorable going off on ATVs and Helicopter rides. Disney never fails to make us happy and with the numerous trips we have taken to Disney World as well as visiting DisneyLand I will say this trip exceeded all expectations. I can not remember a moment where we were not laughing or felt the warmth of others. It was also so heartwarming to be able to meet people from around the country that we would not have met otherwise and say that I stay in touch with a few of them and now we are friends for life is amazing. No other vacation has the power to do this and our Tour Guides and bus driver were the icing on top of the cake their bright spirits and non stop smiles made every hot day and long walk seem effortless and bearable. This was a vacation that will never stop being talked about. It brought the people I love closer. Disney never fails to make every trip amazing and this trip was no exception to that.

Our first ABD was Southwest Splendors and it opened our eyes to a family adventure. What I remember most is that I wanted to do more to see my
kids smiling faces knowing they were growing too fast and our family time was limited. It got us away from technology and into the outdoors for amazing adventures. From this trip, I remember getting my husband up on a horse and even liking it, a first helicopter ride for the family, seeing the Grand Canyon, riding Route 66 and the surprises along the way. We fell in love with our Guides and were delighted to see Chris Brown again in Costa Rica last year! But most of all, ABD keeps us dreaming about family vacations and destinations all year long! Oh - and the pictures - love the pictures that are taken - to have so many with the whole family in them is wonderful!

If we had to choose a favorite part of our Arizona/Utah adventure - not an easy task - it would probably be the Sedona and the red rock Enchantment
Resort area. Being so close to the red rocks, hiking back into the canyon and coming out on a clearing at the top of rocky path was incredible - the view was spectacular. And having breakfast overlooking the patio/pool area of the resort with rocks as a background was surreal. We didn't have to do anything to enjoy it - just being there drinking it in was a vacation in and of itself. The weather and high desert vistas loaded with that southwest color palette are something we did not want to leave. And our guides, Korey and Tiffany, could not have been more prepared, hospitable, and fun to make the entire trip something we won't forget!

Following our first Adventures by Disney tour, we knew the benefits of a group tour. We were particularly delighted that all of us could enjoy the
scenic views, because we did not have to do the driving, and with the wealth of knowledge and stories shared by the guides. So when we decided to make our first trip out west to see the Grand Canyon, we quickly came to the conclusion that it would be as part of another Adventures by Disney tour. Ever since watching the Brady Bunch vacation in Grand Canyon when I was young, I knew that I wanted to visit the Grand Canyon. On our Arizona and Utah trip, in addition to visiting the Grand Canyon, we did so much more! Many of my favorite memories were made at some of the other destinations on our tour! From the moment we left the Phoenix airport, we learned about the flora and fauna, and the changes in the landscapes and scenery along our drive. As we approached Sedona, we admired the natural beauty of the red rock landscape, unlike any scenery we had experienced before. Our wonderful guides, Doug and Pamm, taught us about the vortex energy in Sedona, during our drive. One of our first experiences at a vortex was at the easy to spot Bell Rock Vortex. Even for those visitors not there to experience energy of the vortex, you cannot deny the panoramic beauty. The red rocks and vortexes in the Sedona area were such a memorable part of our trip, enhanced by the powerful story telling of our guides.

Adventures by Disney are the most memorable vacations because they provide family bonding time while accounting for everyone's ability level
and interests. I especially appreciate the way that children are immediately involved in getting to know one another and immersed in the culture. During our Southwest Splendors welcome dinner, the children had to opportunity to play Native American instruments while the adults got to know one another. It was a great beginning to an amazing vacation.

We went on the Southwestern Adventure. Sooo many memories! As it was, sitting in the stream behind our hotel in Sedona with my sister Sandy,
looking at the beautiful stone outcropping mountains was my favorite memory. There were many, many more-Red Rock hike, rafting down the Colorado in Utah! And trip after trip to the Grand Canyon. Standing there on the rim with the Stars made you feel like you were drifting in outer space! All way too Cool, what Disney has done with these trips is incredible and I know I will go again soon!

Miles and miles of wondrous landscape. Hysterical laughter brought on by our hilarious and knowledgeable guides. Walking with our eyes looking only
at the ground until we stop, then look up. We gasp at the spectacular view of the Grand Canyon. Tears well in our eyes from the sight. We can't stop gazing in complete awe at the colors and the immenseness all around. My husband and i will never forget it as it was on our 40th anniversary. Every day of the trip through Arizona and Utah was filled with excitement and amazement, not to mention incredible food and unmatchable service. Tiffany and Mike were the most gracious and accommodating guides imaginable. I cannot wait to be able to go on another Adventure by Disney! No one does it better. Even without the Mouse!

I'll never forget whitewater rafting on the Colorado River, it was an awesome experience, even though my father (in his 80's) doesn't swim he felt safe in
your hands and went! We had about 4 rafts and as we headed down the river a water fight ensued. Just watching my Dad laugh and having a good time was priceless! Thank you so much for making our vacation so memorable and going out of your way to get to know each and every family in our group. I raise my glass to your team and look forward to our next adventure! Sincerely, The Gheta Family

Our Southwest Splendors trip was one adventure after another. From our first glimpse of the Grand Canyon to our ATV tour in Moab, it is hard to pick
just one moment. I loved seeing the look on my children's faces when they took in the magnificence of the Grand Canyon for the first time and I equally loved seeing their devilish grins when we raced through the mud on the ATV excursion. I also loved how the families all got along and shared laughs and fun times. We traveled with a family of grandparents and grandchildren and it was so nice that they were able to send their teenage grandchildren to explore parts of the Grand Canyon with my dare-devil husband and have some peace of mind that they were with an adult (it was nice for them and my husband since I am not a daredevil!). The trip provided us with breath-taking sights, exciting excursions, wonderful accommodations and wonderful travel companions. A great time was had by all!

We created so many amazing memories during our trip through Arizona and Utah! The spectacular scenes we experienced in Red Rocks Park, The
Grand Canyon, and Arches National Park make it difficult to choose a favorite, but I always come back to our final day in Moab and rafting on the Colorado river. We had never been rafting together as a family, and the water was calm and warm enough for a swim. Perfect for water battles with our fellow adventurers in neighboring rafts! What a fun and amazingly scenic way to bring everyone together for the final day of our adventure. I've merged two photos from the rafting trip - the first shows my husband, Bob, oldest son Alex and me (wearing blue glasses) on the far side of the raft, and the second shows my youngest son Erik enjoying his time in the Colorado river. I love these photos because everyone in the picture has a look of absolute joy! This was an amazing trip and we hope to join Disney again for a new adventure soon.

Seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time was a magical moment. We had never been to the south rim of the canyon and the Disney guide made us
close our eyes, hold hands and open our eyes when we were at the edge of the canyon and there is was this gigantic crack in the earth 5ooo feet deep. Unbelievable and a memory for life. Thank you Adventures By Disney. You have the best guides of any travel company.
